DSWSC Board of Directors has proposed changes to our rate tariffs.  These changes do not impact the lower three usage tiers, amounts less than 12,000 gallons per month.  Updated tiers, see chart, will be expanded and include the proposed rate increases.  These changes were expanded in an effort to promote and implement conservation for members who fall within higher tiers.
