DSWSC Bylaws
As a not-for-profit corporation, Dripping Springs Water is governed by its bylaws.. Because of its status as a WSC, Dripping Springs Water also complies with the state's Public Information Act and Open Meetings Act. As a water utility in Texas, it also complies with regulations of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Click here for an overview of TCEQ supervision.
